Losing weight with the Pointsplus program at WeightWatcher. This is evolving to more of just making healthy choices. I will not be able to write everything I eat down on paper for the rest of my life.

Not Counting and Losing Weight
After abandoning counting I have lost 3 more pounds. Making healthy choices is working. Looking at my goal board, it looks like I wanted to lose 20. I am down 11 with 9 to go. If I lose 5 pounds, Weight Watchers will weigh me in for free. I will be in my weight range and healthy according to the BMI chart and the doctors, and the charts Weight Watchers uses. I will be rethinking my ultimate goal after I lose those 5 pounds because I don't think my belly will be gone.
